The Sweep Open is back with a new and more diverse format for 2026.
This year features 3 divisions with 4 doubles pairs per division. All divisions are open to pairs featuring players ranging from classes C to B, opening doors to a wider range of players with more challenging but fun match ups. Pairs may consist of player combinations from classes C and C, C and B, or even B and B. Fortune favors the brave.
Divisions are broken down into the following:
Division A - Men's Open (Classes C to B, 4 pairs)
Division B - Women's Open (Classes C to B, 4 pairs)
Division C - Genderless Open (Classes C to B, 4 pairs)
All teams are to play in a round-robin group style format, playing against each team in the division for a total of 3 matches. The leader in the standings after 3 matches is crowned the winner of the division. Each match features a 1-set, race to 6 games format. No-ad scoring and a tiebreak in case of 5-5 match score will be implemented. For complete tournament rules and regulations, please see official guidebook here
